Today I'm going to approach the topic medical point of view. According to the reaserch, the brain can not recognize which is true or lie about you say it or think about it. I'm not sure that you do this or not, It's really hard to smile and say negative at the same time. So,If you try to smile regardless of your situations, your brain start to secrete hormone that is good for your health. And I think that you need to practice to smile. Why don't you start the day with a loud laugh?
