Why do we get bored?

We tend to participate in the activities that we interested in. However If we couldn\'t feel excited on these activities anymore, we can easily feel bored. Whenever I work some tasks that I don\'t want to do, I feel bored. Therefore the reason why we get bored is up to our interest.
