Why do you think children don\'t like eating vegetables?

It is important to eat various nutrients for our health and especially period of growth. Vegetables have a lot of nutrients so, mothers want their children to eat that. However, many children don’t like to eat vegetables and even some adults also. I think there are some reasons not to eat vegetables. First, the flavor of something is bad. I think most children like sweet flavor. But unfortunately, it is hard to feel sweet flavor like candy through vegetables. Even, I sometimes felt some vegetables taste like flavor of tree. Also, children don’t like vegetables because of the smell of that. I saw many people who don’t like a cucumber. When someone ask ‘why do you hate a cucumber?’, they answered because of the smell. Actually, the smell is very important factor to determine flavor of food. So, many children feel the smell of vegetables is bad and it affects their aversion about vegetables.
