Playing musical instruments is good at relieving stress, when I play instruments I can forget everything and just focus on music. Also when my stills get better I can feel achievement and happiness. Playing music can be a good hobby too. Whenever we can play an instrument and we don\'t need anything grand, just one instrument then we can enjoy it.
