Have you 1.ever wanted to learn a new language? My friend Tom has 2.just wanted to learn Russian. 3.Unfortunately, he 4.never had the time until last year. He had 5.completely finished his studies at university and decided that he should 6.quickly begin. He 7.also wanted to do something 8.certainly different. He knew he wouldn't be able to speak 9. fluently. However, he thought that if he worked 10. hard, he would 11.probably be able to at least converse in Russian. He worked very 12. hard and only 13.ocassionally missed a class. He 14.often rented films in Russian to watch, and was surprised at how 15.carefully he began to understand the basic meaning of the conversations. 16.Eventually, he could even listen to pop songs in Russian and understand the texts. He hasn't been to Russia 17.yet, but he will 18.definately go soon. It was really hard to find out which adverb was missed after revising. lol.
