Why I applied to Graduate school of Education.

Now I teach middle school students in English academy. I have an experience teaching a student who has no motivation on English learning itself. I tried several methods to help her focus on class. For example, I tried to draw her schematic knowledge and connect it with the topic of lecture. In grammar class, I used top-down and bottom up processing in order not to make boring grammar lecture. These methods were able to derive student\'s attention temporarily. I thought deeply and realized the student was lack of integrated motivation. As integrated motivation leads students to continuous learning, I want to investigate deeply on the integrated motivation in Graduate school.
