Confidence is description of oneself with talents and thoughts to other person. It needs great courage, a little active actions and presentation without hesitancy, specially on the table of important contract meeting. It also should be started at an early age as possible through speech club or school activity. I think public speech including election president in all activity is also come from this confidence.
