Why is English fluency siginificant for you?

Honestly, I am working as an English teacher at an academy. I have to speak in English during class. But unlike my job, I don\'t speak English well and fluently. I could think my teacher doesn\'t know if I can do class in English after seeing my speaking. I just use very limited vocabulary only for in classroom at least.
I feel ashamed for it. Other reason is that I have a plan to go abroad for study and work.
So I must be fluent in English in many ways.
I\'m anxious to be so.
