The reason why English fluency is significant for me is
First, English fluency is related to how well convey my thoughts to other. Because If I highlighted the word not correctly, it makes what I try to mean weak or di stored.
Second, Good English fluency makes someone who I talk with convenient. If I talk very slow and have lots of gap between the sentences or words, it makes others very difficult to understand the meanings. It also makes them very uncomfortable.
Third, Good English fluency makes a person look more professional when the business going.
