why is English fluency significant for you?

I want to work using English in the closed future. The field I want to work is a law and a movie. So i have to learn English in order to talk free. I think I can hear simple sentences but it is difficult to understand long sentences.English words have various meanings so it seems difficult. I would like to know such various meanings and I like to be a good English speaker. Help me and I appreciate that.
