Fluency matters to me as I am searching for a job in English-speaking nations. Looking for a position requires me to enhance my English skill a significant amount. The reason is that I must elaborate my thoughts and passion freely in front of interviewers, who have a high standard from various candidates, including the native speaker. On top of that, there is massive competition in the job market, so language has become an essential requirement. Most importantly, I could grow confidence by improving English skill. Therefore, I am currently taking online courses and studying by myself to polish my skill.
