Why is English fluency significant for you?

I always dreamed that I speak English fluently since when I was a child. However, I just studied English for school tests and couldn’t use English in daily life like school or work. I got to have a chance to live in Canada because of my husband so I dreamed of it again. I want to live in Canada forever and have children here. To live here, I have to get a job and have a conversation with other foreigners without problems. I always rely on my husband these days when I have a problem in conversation. I also would like to meet a lot of foreign friends and learn a lot of things through them. Moreover, I want to grow my kids globally in the future. I want them to have lots of experience with other foreigners in Canada. Because I think the world is very wide and various. I became to have a motive for these things. Beth, I have a question.
