Why is English fluency significant for you?

English is an important language which various people use frequently in everywhere. For this reason, in Korea, every school should offer the English class at least from third grade. Besides, there are many parents who let their kids learn English from an early age. Likewise me, I learned it from seven-year-old. Accordingly, I have been interested in English, including its literatures or cultures for a long time. Now, I want to study abroad and I should study and develop my English skills.
I think if I extremely want to study abroad, especially, speaking and listening skills are most important than any other things. This is because it is necessary for me to speak logically or exactly a foreign language like English in the overseas country. These are assignments which are mandatory in learning and studying English for me.
