Why is English fluency significant for you?

Although some people are saying grammar or reading is the most important skills when they are learning English, I believe English fluency skill, speaking skill, is significant. There are two reasons that I believe that so.
First, in my opinion, speaking skill is the most basic skill rather t[이름] other ones. Even grammar, vocabulary, and reading skills are also very important, because most of important interactions are in verbal, English fluency is the significant. I also think if people are fluence enough in speaking, other skills will follow. If you can deliver your opinion in fluence, what else is the matter?
Second, English fluency is significant especially for me. I want to have a job in international marketing field. Because of that, delivering the opinion and persuading others are very important. I will study hard to improve my English skill.
