Will artificial intelligence ever be more intelligent than humans?

I don\'t think artificial intelligence will be more intelligent than humans. We have seen a lot of science fiction films before that robot do everything without human\'s directions. However, I don\'t think that robot can think by itself because it is just a machine people create. What is the different thing of human to the robot? I would say that humans can think and have intelligence on them. I am not sure if artificial intelligence can think depending on the situations. Artificial intelligence is the one which has a lot of data sets in the computer. I have told about human\'s possibility that is people can do anything. Regarding artificial intelligence, I believe that it makes people convenient. In other hands, it can threaten humans too. It is possible to replace people\'s job by robot. I want to keep humans life from new technology.
