When I was young, I often used to fulfill to someone’s request.
Although I did something that I didn’t want to do, I was okay.
However, as I grow older, it was very stressed for me to fulfill to do others favor.
Then suddenly, I have read a book. That book told me that it is important to think yourself first.
After then, sometime I refuse to others request which I don’t want something to do.
