Would you encourage your children to accept a job in another country?

I wouldn’t mind if my daughter wants to work overseas. Actually I’m eager to get a chance to work in another country because I like to pick up some local languages and learn how to work in the environment where the personalities of local people and the working culture will be different from what I’m used to here in Korea. People can hardly develop themselves if he/she stays in the same working environment. If we work with foreign people and in a foreign country, our view could be broadened. By exposing ourselves to different cultures, we can become more flexible and adapt ourselves to new things. There is cons about working overseas as well. You might face many difficulties. You might be discriminated and treated as an alien. Your safety could be at risk depending on where you stay. Local food cannot fit you. When you work in a city where hygiene or sanitation is poor, you might suffer from a health issue seriously because you cannot get a proper treatment when you get sick.
