When it comes to the house and apartment, I would live in a house rather than a latter.
However, there is a few options for me to live in a house such as huge scale of a house, private security, housewife and wide parking space.
If there is no options what I mentioned, I would live in an apartment rather than a house.
It is because apartment makes me feel safer than a house due to many security guards and lots of CCTVs.
In addition, it is easier to get a real estate-related profit through the apartment in Korea.
Therefore, unless I have enough money to decide to choose where I can live in, I prefer to stay in an apartment.
