In some countries , it isn\'t illegal to use cannabis. But I wonder if they regulate the amount of cannabis or not. Personally I don\'t want to rely on this, just in case that I am addicted to it or I suffer from side effects. ( for a reference, if it is extracted from flowers or leaves, it can be illegal or if from seeds, stems or roots, legal. And some countries or states are implementing it\'s illegal in order to get taxes from violators, some said.)
