when i was working in singapore, i had the orientation as a new worker. At the time, all new staff gathered one place and we were tought what the company\'s goal, history and about its. Also we toured inside and outside of the company. so i was able to adopt quickly. an orientation nomally does someting a lot. first, introduction and knowing each other. next knowing the goal. and then orientation by manager or representers. between some sessions we have break. after then they keep explaning theirs. As a result, i think that orientations make us be member quickly.
