What kind of conflicts/problems have you encountered these days? What did you do to solve it?
I was in charge of replacing the whole ceilings of the swimming pool in the Youth Center with new ones this year. So, in January, I contacted a few construction companies to find out if there is one that can carry out the ceiling replacement whithin limiter small budget. However. All the first five companies I contacted sent me the nofifications that they couldn\'t do it with this small amount of budget. I had to do it with the limited budget anyway no matter what happend. So I started writing down all the mobile phone numbers of the people saved in my phone that would somehow seem to know how to solve the problem. When I called 16th person, I could hear the answer that I had wanted to hear. And thanksfully, I could get the job done well!
