If I were asked to send one thing to represent my country in an international exhibition, I would send a Kimchi because it is Korean traditional food and representative food. There are so many kinds of Kimchi and each region has its own Kimchi recipe. It is said that about sixty kinds of Kimchi exists. I think that it is surprising! Kimchi's attractiveness is its taste and texture. Kimchi might be spicy to foreigners, but Korean like the spicy taste of Kimchi because it is helpful when we eat greasy food like pork belly. Also, Kimchi which has just made is crisp, so it feels like we are eating fresh vegetables. Kimchi has been popular gradually and some foreigners enjoy eating it; so, export of Kimchi has been also increased. I think that if Kimchi were exhibited in an international exhibition, it would get popular and make foreigners feels good.
