The content of your letter is confusing. I worked on the grammar but you have to work on the content (situation and purpose).

Dear Sir,

Dear Sir / Madam,

 I have been returned at home now and then I stayed 3night 4days in the hotel.

>> I have just returned home after staying for 3 nights and 4 days at your hotel.

As you know that it was 37 degree and humid was 65 percent.

>> As we all know, the city experienced very warm weather with  the temperature around 37 degrees Celsius and the humidity about 65 percent.

Actually I have a meeting as same hotel with accommodation, but the hotel’s all air conditions broken up and staffs provide iced water, wet tissues, ice creams, mini fans, and free meals.

>> Actually,  I had a meeting at the hotel aside from booking a room, but the air conditioner was broken. The staff provided iced water, wet tissues, tubs of ice cream, min fans, and free meals.

 However, it cannot solve the problems.

I heard that this issue already updated on news.

In addition, the staff of the hotel told me that engineer who can fix air conditions will not be there for 7days because of golden week, so people are on holiday.

You posted one paper on the board that can refund 25% of hotel fee, however, it is not solution at the moment.

I hope a manager should call a engineer and fix air machines for other guests.
