Writing Task(Apr 29th, 2022)

Have you been successful in getting rid of a bad habit? No, I haven\'t. There\'s lots of bad habits that I want to get rid of, like going to bed late or eating few snacks between meals. I have tried to break those bad habits before and I thought I successfully broke them!. But not for long from then, I found myself doing the same behaviors that I though I got rid of. What I want to tell you is that I could stop doing bad habits for some period, but I couldn\'t get rid of them. To break those bad habits, I must be very firm with the resolution that I made and everyday I have to restrain myself from going back to what I was. However, it was too difficult for me. I\'m not good at training myself.
