Yes, it absolutely is. It\'s easy to explain why.
Our ancestors had lived well enough to maintain their normal life without TV before when the first TV came out in 19th century after the Industrial Revolution. They couldn\'t have managed to live through their lives, had it not been for books they\'d been given from their ancestors.
I mean, the history of books is far much longer than that of TV. Quite simple and easy answer, isn\'t it?
