Do you pay much attention to what you eat? If so, how do you control your diet?
I don\'t seem to pay much attention. However, there\'s some things that I keep when eating. First, I try not to eat much white flour and to avoid sugary drinks, chocolates, and candies. And I dislike to eat snacks between meals. Looking back what I just wrote, it seems that I seem to pay a little attention. As I don\'t want to eat those things, I often tell my wife and my daughter, but my wife like to eat all of those. And, unfortunately, so does my daughter. My wife is always asking me \"Why am I getting weight? I don\'t know why.\" But it is very clear for her to put on weights. I told the truth.\"I know why. You wanna know why? If you keeps the track of every thing you eat, you would know the reason instantly\" After hearing what I told, she got mad about me for having said the the truth that she might have already known the reason.
