Which part of your environment would you like to change the most at this time if possible?
If there\'s something that I want to change, it would be the personalities of some of my colleagues who I should meet every day whether l like or not. However, I do know that changing someone\'s personalities is impossible at the age of over 40\'s. Thus, changing myself first is a lot easier way to make someone else change.
