Have you ever read a book that changed your life? One of the books that changed my life is \"No more excuses\" written by Brian Tracy who is one of the most popular motivative speakers in the world. He emphasized on his theory that any skills are learnable and everyone can learn them only if one tries until he gets to succeed with perserviance. He mentioned about the importance of one\'s health, how to stay healthy, what food one should eat and what food one has to avoid. At the last chapter, the book says about the family. You should always put your family first above all things no matter what happens. I like the book because it\'s not one of those kind of books only about \"How to make huge money\".
