You have enough money to purchase either a house or a business. Which would you choose to buy?

If I have enough money to buy a house or a business, I'd purchase a house. There are several reasons to support my opinion. First of all, if buy a business without any preparation, the business could be not safe. The business environment is really sensitive so if I have a plan to run a business, I should consider many things and prepare to go forward to the business. Secondly, if I have much money, I can choose the location, type of the house, transportation and etcetera. And also buy a house is more stable than buy a business. For these reasons, I'd rather buy a house than a business.
