Hi Manju, Have you dealt with this topic, Form as a service by adobe as a bundle in Rise? The service provided as a bundle is not the service running on BTP. It is a separate subscription service. I found the important message below in RED that we need to clarify before we let them guide to use either CPEA credit they have or additional purchase of CPEA or PAYG. “An upsell to this SAP-owned account is not possible and an additional connection from S/4HANA system to Forms by Adobe service via the customer managed BTP account is not supported.” Is it mean that they are not able to use the Form as a by adobe on BTP service if customers use the + 2M form? Hyejean also requests the same to RISE APJ team separately. I think that we need to also understand it from BTP perspective ahead of RISE team in parrelle.
