I think that common people can help the Government as inform public opinion. The government is consist of few lawmakers. So, it is difficult that they know worry and difficulty of common people. Sometimes, They make a law to pasitive for themselves. Therefore, common people have a constant interest in the government. Especially, common people have to vote.
