I think this is important to us in thesedays global world. We often have to work with foreigners. In that time, We usually speak to english because english is global official language. However, countries are so much that english is not their mother tongue. Speaking to english is difficult to them like me. Nevertheless, We have to effort because that is survival in world. Therefore, I think that unfortunately measure mode of foriegn language is required.
