Actually, old people think delinquent peopel for who ahve tattos. Because many gansters have a tattos so much in their body. However, nowadays many young people have a tattoos. Moreover, temporary tattoos was developed already that retain a few weeks. Therefore, many young peple have a temporary tattos at the beach in summer. I like it, too. That is a expression for free of the young people.
